Welcome Exhibitors!
Thank you for your interest in becoming an exhibitor. Trainfest accepts 4 distinct types of exhibitors, Model Railroad Manufacturers, Model Railroad Retailers, Non-Profit train organizations and Operating Model Railroads.
We have begun accepting exhibitor applications as of May 15th, 2022. This page has an online form for each of the categories of exhibitors. This page will also have PDFs packets with paper forms as well.
The show will be open to the public from 9am to 5pm on November 12-13, 2022 at State Fair Park. Set up hours will be on Friday November 11, 2022 from 8am to 8pm. Freight may be delivered to the venue of Thursday November 10 or Friday November 11.
Exhibitors will be able to drive near their location on the show floor for loading and unloading. Exhibitors may also utilize the dock for loading and unloading. Additional information on show logistics including advance warehouse options will be available this July.
The floor plan will be different than it has been in the past, so your location may change from what you have had in the past. We will do out best to accommodate your location requests.
Model Railroad Manufacturers & Model Railroad Retailers
Booth are priced at $299 for a 5'x10' booth and $499 for a 10'x10' booth if purchased by July 31st, 2022.
Manufacturer booths include pipe and drape at no additional charge.
Retailer booths include tables at no additional charge.
A reasonable number of chairs will be provided at no charge
Additional items such as carpeting, electric drops, etc. will be provide for a fee

Operating Model Railroads and Displays
Each Model Railroad accepted to the show will receive free space for their railroad, and exhibitor badges for operating members.
Each Model Railroad will be provide with an electric drop and a reasonable number of chairs.
Model Railroads and Displays may request additional items such as tables on their application and they will be provided upon acceptance.

Non Profit Organizations
Non profit organizations which are not selling merchandise at the show, may apply for a free 5'x10' booth.
Non profit organizations which are selling at the show may apply for booth space and will receive a 50% discount on the booth space.

You can print out an application and either mail it in, or scan it and e-mail the completed form to us. We will process it and will send you a confirmation letter within 10 business days letting you know that we received it.
